Pride Parade

  • Madrona Grace Church 832 32nd Avenue Seattle, WA, 98122 United States (map)

It's the 50th anniversary of Pride in Seattle. The theme is “Now”, the same as it was at the first one.

We should plan to board a bus at 11 AM at 34th and Marion.

Members of Magnolia Presbyterian Church will be joining us to march. They will meet up with us at our contingent staging area and number (see details below. It’s block 5 on 4 th Avenue, between Spring and Madison, position number 5.12).

The Pride Organization has had systems errors loading information and disseminating updates this year. They’ve promised to update all parade participant leaders ASAP. The most recent information below is from June 17th . They are still working on the detailed maps/diagrams ASAP. We’ll update everyone before the parade if there’s a significant change or important new information.

MISC.: T-shirts have been distributed. Contact me directly if you haven’t a plan to pick yours up. We’ll each get a tote bag to carry the 2000+ Pride bracelets we’ll pass out (no throwing is allowed). We’ll have water (in a cooler in the car). Don’t forget sunscreen and consider bringing a hat.
